DSC, part of Tyco Security Products, introduced the PowerSeries 2-way wireless transceiver module TR5164-433, which transforms the hybrid PowerSeries alarm control panel into a wireless system and only requires hardwiring of the panel and receiver. The TR5164-433 is an add-on module that enables dealers to extend the capabilities of their customers’ traditional alarm systems with the addition of up to four wireless keypads. The TR5164-433 supports 60 wireless zones, 16 wireless keys and both two-way and one-way DSC wireless devices. The TR5164-433 supports up to four wire-free keypads and is compatible with the PowerSeries version 4.6 and higher.
