WavestoreUSA announced V5 of its open platform video management software. Wavestore V5 enables users to integrate 360-deg. cameras into existing surveillance systems. V5 facilitates the recording of original fisheye images captured by a 360-deg. or hemispheric camera, and simultaneously displays the dewarped images alongside captured images from other cameras in a multi-image display. The addition of hemispheric camera support to V5 allows users to use one 360-deg. camera and replace up to four traditional cameras.
