Mobotix AG unveiled the MxActivitySensor, a technology that registers traveling movement of people and objects, while dismissing redundant changes and movement in the scene, helping to reduce the number of false alarms. The camera-integrated sensor technology responds to purposeful movements of objects and people and indicates the direction of the movement. The MxActivitySensor ignores changes in the environment such as snow, rain, wind, light, moving clouds and trees.
