WatchNET Inc USA, Tonawanda, N.Y., announced the official opening of a new facility in Dubai. This facility will support the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Middle Eastern markets while allowing WatchNET to continue its growth and support in Africa, according to the company.

"This was a great moment in our company history," said President and CEO Alex Thomas. "In the UAE, several leading banks, malls, hotels, gas stations, retail outlets and warehouses make use of our security surveillance solutions to cater to monitoring requirements.”

This site has been in development for nearly five years.  WatchNET outgrew three smaller offices before opening the new UAE headquarters, which houses a state-of-the-art training facility, board room, sales, RMA and technical support, as well as a warehouse space for final assembly and quality control.

“While we continue to meet the demand for SMB surveillance needs we've build our reputation in the Middle East as a major supplier of enterprise-class CCTV and integrated access control. This growth was made possible by years of hard work and dedication from Sathish Arya, the general manager. I couldn't be more proud and excited of our growth and success in the Middle East region," Thomas added.
