The new HD cameras offer advanced security features, including PoE, HD resolution, local recording, and a complete surveillance software package that allows users to view, manage and record from up to 32 cameras on a single computer. The full HD outdoor PoE mini dome camera (DCS-6212L) features full HD 1080p, 2-megapixel resolution, and H.264 compression that delivers high-quality, detailed video recording and 30 ft. of night vision. The HD covert network camera (DCS-1201, pictured) provides a robust solution to discreetly monitor an area. The camera’s small size and 50-ft. cable allows users to place the DCS-1201 in a far corner of a room or use discreet pinhole installation, even without a power outlet nearby. Featuring motion and tamper detection, the DCS-1201 can be easily installed in walls, ceilings, or in tight corners.
