Since completing a business merger in early June, the marketing teams at Bold Technologies and Perennial Software have been working to find the most effective way to combine both companies' resources and bring together their products.
The marketing team was tasked with the goal of keeping Bold's identity, but folding in Perennial's identity to create the representation of a leading provider of alarm monitoring and business management software for the security industry. With those objectives in mind, Bold Perennial unveiled its new Bold Perennial logo, borrowing a little bit from each company's legacy.
The new logo was officially unveiled earlier in Q3 during the Medical Alert Monitoring Association Conference in Chicago. The company is currently rolling it out at other events in Q4 of this year.
