Richmond Alarm Wins Gold in Customer Support & Service at American Business Awards
Richmond Alarm company is the recipient of three American Business Awards: the Gold Medal for Customer Support, the Gold Medal for Customer Service and the Bronze Winner for Company of the Year, Business and Professional Services.
The Gold Medal for Customer Support was awarded to RAC for the company’s impressive response times to customer emergencies. At an average of 22 seconds, RAC’s responses are a full 60 percent faster than the industry standard.
Equally, RAC’s highly regarded customer service department was the Gold Medal winner for the extraordinary lengths the team goes to in order to service new and existing customers in emergency situations.
The Company of the Year nod for business and professional services was due to the seamless transition RAC made to a growth focused company investing heavily in customer experience. The winning measures included implementing new field-based technology, soliciting opportunities from the entire organization, tripling the size of the company’s Hampton Roads office and instituting a product evaluation committee to deploy the best security products in the country.
