Renova Technology announced added capabilities to its after-market commercial security repair menu. Recognized in 2017 as a “Top Company to Know” by SDM Magazine, Renova continues to open doors, this time expanding access control infrastructure repair.

The new addition to the menu is Software House’s iStar product line by Tyco (JCI). iStar adds to the existing portfolio of access control and card Readers Renova repairs out of its Georgia-based repair facility with more than 40 Employees.

“After meeting with industry executives and SDM 100 integrators, we recognize the growing demand for out-of-warranty support on Access Control within the United States” said Jonathan Pine, president of Renova Technology.

In addition to Software House, Renova repairs access control devices manufactured by Honeywell, DSX, and all Mercury-based devices, including Lenel. Software House complements the existing portfolio of 2,000+ different cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other security infrastructure from over 100 different manufacturers — including Avigilon, Axis, Bosch, Honeywell and Pelco. Renova’s customers save on average $2,000 per repair versus replacement of what is now out-of-warranty/discontinued.

By diversifying repair services, Renova provides a competitive advantage for customers to reduce lead time, resulting in reduced serviced costs and overall brand loyalty to their customers.
