The Security Industry Association (SIA) is calling for nominations for the 2020 George R. Lippert Memorial Award and SIA Progress Award. The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, Sept. 25.

When evaluating candidates nominated for the George R. Lippert Memorial Award, the SIA Lippert Award Committee considers their long-term service to SIA and the security industry; the impact of their efforts on behalf of SIA and the industry; and their integrity, leadership and diplomacy as demonstrated in industry dealings.

The SIA Progress Award, presented by the SIA Women in Security Forum, celebrates an individual who is advancing opportunities and paving the way to success for women in the security industry.

This year's free award program will be held as a virtual event during Securing New Ground: A Global Digital Experience on Oct. 21 from 4 to 5 p.m. For more information, visit the SIA Honors event page.
