Memphis-based Electronic Security Specialists (ESSC), a licensed low voltage contractor that installs and services electronic security equipment spanning burglar and fire alarm systems, CCTV systems and access control systems, purchased required commercial fire alarm accounts from neighboring Frase Protection.
Mike Carli, president of Allegiant Fire Protection, said, “When we learned of the future divestiture (of certain assets of Valley Fire Protection Services), we saw an opportunity to use our expertise and build an outstanding company doing what we know best — fire alarms and life safety inspections.”
