Monitronics’ 2016 dealer council is a “think tank” comprising three security company owners. The council, which had its first in-person meeting at Monitronics’ Dallas headquarters on Feb. 16, 2016, will meet in person and via teleconference several times during the year.
Eagle Security Systems of Chico, Calif., was acquired by Mountain Acquisition Company (MAC) of Denver. This is the second major acquisition of MAC within the last six months, and MAC reports it will increase the company’s revenues by $2 million annually.
