HID Global announced the availability of its HID Origo cloud platform that opens a new world of opportunities for partners to create more seamless and intuitive workplace experiences that are built on HID’s proven access control infrastructure. The platform combines HID’s technologies for mobile IDs (and location services in the future) with its expansive access control architecture to bring together physical security and a wide range of building applications, services and IoT use cases via a unified cloud experience.

Milestone Systems released its Device Pack 10.0a in October and now supports the MOBOTIX MOVE camera series. MOBOTIX MOVE is an independent product line providing customers everything from a single source. “MOVE” stands for the use of mechanically moving parts in the cameras, meaning that MOBOTIX have parted with their previous product policy of only offering decentralized video systems on the market. The MOBOTIX MOVE product line is the first motorized devices and first ONVIF-based camera line from MOBOTIX.
