More than 650 Convergint Technologies colleagues in 21 markets across North America will volunteer a day’s work June 20 to help address local community needs as part of the company’s annual Social Responsibility Day.  Convergint executives estimate the company will invest more than $350,000 in labor and material costs across all 21 markets.

 

Convergint Social Responsibility Day, now an annual event, supports the company's value of creating a positive work and family environment and the company's dedication to serving in the communities around it. The event marks the anniversary of the company’s founding. Convergint employees, who receive a paid day off to participate, will engage in multiple activites this year including installing security video systems, testing fire alarm and life safety systems and completing numerous building, maintenance and landscaping projects.
