Solutions Challenge Workshop Is Planned for ISC West 2008

Industry professionals will soon have the opportunity to gain a fresh perspective through the eyes of their associates and customers. ISC West and the Attrition Busters (www.attritionbusters.com) announced that motivational speakers and business trainers Bob Harris and Harvey Eisenstadt will co-present a one-of-a-kind solutions challenge role-play workshop this April at the ISC West Conference in Las Vegas.

“A real hands-on, problem-solving workshop of this nature has never before been offered to the industry at large, and is specifically designed by and for the alarm and integration industry,” Harris said of the workshop.

 

Attendees will role-play to explore effective solutions to many common industry customer challenges such as:

• “This is my second false alarm and I’m switching companies!”

• “I replaced all of my windows and I demand someone come re-wire them today!”

• “I had to give away the store to get the sale because it was all about price.”

 

Sound familiar? This workshop is a must for all managers, salespeople, front line customer service employees, field techs, operators, office personnel and owners who are tired of having calls from upset customers passed up the ladder for them to resolve or frustrated about losing sales due to price objections.
