The Monitoring Association (TMA) announced the winners of the 2021 Monitoring Center Excellence Awards in a virtual presentation yesterday afternoon.

NSCA, the not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry, announced the winners of the 2021 Stepping Up Awards.

Security and Safety Things (S&ST) announced the winners of its App Challenge today, awarding three winners 10,000 € each — around $12,000 — and a chance to present their COVID-19 app solutions in retail, manufacturing and transportation at an upcoming S&ST event.

The Security Industry Association (SIA) has selected 12 recipients for the inaugural SIA Women in Security Forum Scholarship — a program developed  by the SIA Women in Security Forum to further educational opportunities and promote advancement for a diverse security workforce.

These products and services were selected by an independent panel of judges based on a set of criteria that considered innovation, end user experience, response to market need and more.

Earlier today, the Security Industry Association (SIA), along with ISC West, presented the 2020 New Product Showcase (NPS) Awards in an online meeting. 

Five distinguished biometrics and security leaders have been selected as the 2020 winners of the Women in Biometrics Awards. 

The Security Industry Association (SIA) selected five recipients for the 2020 SIA RISE Scholarship, a program offered through SIA’s RISE community of young security professionals that supports the education and career development goals of young industry talent.

One of the most anticipated presentations made Wednesday during ISC West was SIA’s New Product Showcase. NPS chair Jennifer Martin of Pixim and SIA CEO Richard Chace presented 32 awards in 21 categories including honorary mentions — the most this program has awarded to date.
