A court has dismissed, with prejudice, a lawsuit filed by Alarm.com against cellular alarm communications Telular Corp., according to Telular, which provides products and security services through its Telguard division.
Telguard’s parent company, Telular Corporation, Chicago, and Avista Capital Partners, New York, jointly announced they entered into a definitive agreement providing for the acquisition of Telular for $12.61 per share net in cash and approximately $18.5 million in assumed net debt, or approximately $253 million in total consideration.
Telular announced the availability of its Telguard Interactive smart phone app on its entire line of residential communicators, including the TG-1 Express, the TG-1B, and the TG-4 in primary mode.
