American Direct Acquires Denver-Based Avalon Communications

American Direct, a Kansas-based integrator, announced it has acquired Avalon Communications, an integrator based out of Denver.

With the acquisition of Avalon, American Direct expands its reach to provide low voltage solutions for mission critical data centers, retail space, commercial office space, K-12 schools, higher education and healthcare. With this acquisition, American Direct now has a contract hardware distribution business, a low voltage systems integration business and integration infrastructure hubs in Kansas City, Houston, Denver and Phoenix.

American Direct’s last acquisition happened in 2016 with the purchase of electronic access software platform AccessNSite.
