Paxton Access Inc., global manufacturer of IP access control and video intercom systems, has updated its installer training offering for 2022, with a focus on in-person, hands-on sessions. These sessions offer guidance on the installation of Paxton’s networked access control system Net2, as well as Paxton10, which combines access control with video management on a single platform. Each eight-hour session provides attendees with the basics of the system to advanced functionality.

In-person sessions combine all the learning objectives from Paxton’s popular virtual training, but with an experienced Paxton expert, live and on-hand to support. More than 1,400 installers participated in Paxton training sessions in 2021, and 120 more registered for training last week during ISC West.

To complete its training offering, Paxton also provides advanced virtual sessions for Paxton10 that installers can take from their home or workplace.

“We have been successfully delivering Net2 Essential and Advanced training sessions to thousands of installers annually,” said Steve Woodbridge, Paxton’s global training manager. “Paxton10 has been developed to be simple to install and commission, and the Paxton10 training sessions allow attendees to experience this first-hand, ensuring they have the knowledge to make their installation and site management straightforward.”
