IK Systems, a security integrator based in Victor, N.Y., has earned the Great Place to Work certification for the year 2022-2023. 

The award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at IK Systems. This year, 87% of employees said it is a great place to work — 30 points higher than the average U.S. company, according to an announcement.
