Automatic Systems Announces UL Listing for Speed Gate Turnstiles

Automatic Systems announced that its FirstLane and FirstLane PLUS speed gates are now UL Listed.
The FirstLane pedestrian speed gates prevent unauthorized access by physically blocking entry to unauthorized individuals. The FirstLane PLUS speed gates are designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. Their design makes them a perfect fit for environments where a medium level of security is required. Automatic Systems’ FirstLane series of speed gate turnstiles provide a high bi-directional throughput without compromising users’ safety.
UL Standards 325 and 2593, as well as CSA C22.2 NO 247:14 (the harmonized standard in Canada) are the prevalent industry standards for ensuring the safe operation of doors, turnstiles, gates, and access control equipment in the United States and Canada. Being UL Listed ensures that the product meets local and federal environmental and safety regulations.
