Paxton has been recognized on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 — a list highlighting companies where people feel genuinely supported, valued, and proud of where they work.

The awards, powered by WorkL, evaluate organizations using detailed employee feedback across six key areas: reward and recognition, instilling pride, information sharing, empowerment, wellbeing and job satisfaction.

As part of the assessment, anonymous feedback was gathered directly from employees. This year’s results revealed that:

• 84 percent of Paxton employees reported having a good relationship with their manager
• 82 percent said they feel treated with respect
• 77 percent expressed pride in working for Paxton

Paxton was first featured in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2018, ranking 49th, and returned to the list in 2019 and 2020. In 2023, Paxton was ranked 22nd in the Best Companies to Work For list and was named the #1 Manufacturer to Work For.
