MacGuard Security Advisors served in an advisory role in the recently announced acquisition of Gallaher & Associates by Zeus Fire and Security, a portfolio company of Baltimore-based Access Holdings.

Gallaher will join forces with Zeus to further the Zeus mission of protecting people, property, and profits, and expand Zeus into Tennessee and the Southeastern United States.
