Motorola Solutions acquired Blue Eye, a provider of AI-powered enterprise remote video monitoring (RVM) services based in Salt Lake City.

Motorola Solutions plans to integrate its advanced AI capabilities into Blue Eye's RVM platform, further differentiating this technology. For example, an AI-powered detection from Motorola Solutions’ Visual Alerts can be verified by Blue Eye and fed directly into its incident management platform, Inform, to automatically orchestrate a response. Additionally, the company plans to expand Blue Eye’s reach across key enterprise sectors through Motorola Solutions’ channel partner network.
