Brinks Home Announces New Chief Customer Officer

Brinks Home promoted Veronica Moturi to chief customer officer. Building on her previous position as SVP of customer experience, Moturi will continue overseeing the full customer lifecycle from install to service to retention, driving seamless operations and best-in-class security experiences.
Moturi’s path in the security industry began on the frontlines as a customer service agent. Since joining Brinks Home in 2012, she has quickly risen through senior leadership roles, using her firsthand expertise to impact strategic transformation and deliver strong operational results. Her leadership has driven major improvements in customer lifetime value and retention, while elevating both customer and employee experience. She led the evolution of the call center, introducing universal agents, technology-supported learning and new career advancement programs, helping strengthen team culture and performance.
