ClearSky Equity Advisors, an M&A advisory firm specializing in middle-market transactions, served as sell-side advisor to Security Associates of Coastal Georgia (SACG) and founder Erica Lumpert in the company’s acquisition by Royce US Protection Service. The transaction officially closed March 2026.

SACG has built a reputation across coastal Georgia and beyond for its customized security solutions. With offices in Savannah and Atlanta, the company provides security services for corporate facilities, special events, film productions, executive protection and other mission-critical environments.

The acquisition by Royce US Protection Service represents a major strategic expansion into the Southeast, aligning two organizations with a shared commitment to quality, professionalism and community focus.
