Universal Protection Service Acquires Industrial Security Service Corp.
Universal Protection Service, a division of Universal Services of America and one of the largest providers of security services in the U.S., has acquired Industrial Security Service Corp. (ISSC) based in Houston, Texas. ISSC ranks high among local security companies, operating in a wide range of vertical business market segments in the greater Houston area.

ISSC has been in the professional security business since 1954, and prides itself on having long–term clients of at least 10 years. Their offerings include specialties such as mobile and bicycle patrol services, dispatching and closed circuit TV monitoring, pipeline safety inspection, security consulting and design and safety surveys and audits. Clients range from commercial building complexes to industrial and manufacturing facilities to U.S. port facilities.
