Siemens & Viakoo Collaborate to Deliver Advanced OT/IoT Security Management

Siemens Smart Infrastructure announced an agreement with Viakoo, a company in enterprise OT/IoT security, to offer the Viakoo Action Platform to its customers. This collaboration creates a service where Siemens will provide organizations with a comprehensive, automated solution for analyzing, managing and securing their rapidly expanding fleets of Internet of Things (IoT) and operational technology (OT) devices.
The Viakoo Action Platform addresses cyber-attack challenges by enabling Siemens customers to secure their OT/IoT devices to the same rigorous standards as their IT counterparts. Using Viakoo’s cloud-based platform, Siemens’ customers will benefit from automated device management, proactive vulnerability detection, and real-time compliance tracking for their physical security and OT/IoT environments.
