Siedle introduces two new reader modules with industry-standard protocols for integration into almost any access control system. Siedle accomplishes this solution via the alliance formed with HID Corp., a worldwide leader in access control cards and readers. Siedle will now have available the following readers: ELM611-Prox: a proximity reader with Wiegand output; and ELM611-iCLASS: a 13.56 MHz contactless smart card reader/writer with both a Wiegand and RS-232 output.
