March 1, 2005
The DPX-7212 from Cypress Computer Systems Inc. provides a secure, supervised link between an access control panel and two independent card readers using the wireless Ethernet standard 802.11 protocol. Standard or proprietary readers can be used supporting Wiegand, magstripe, proximity, F/2F, barcode or biometric formats. The DPX-7212 supports door strike, LED, request-to-exit and door-monitor signals.
