AVerMedia Technologies Inc. offers four Linux-based surveillance DVR solutions. AVerMedia DX5000 series combines the latest development in video capture cards with a high-performance digital video recording solution able to capture true color images and video from one to 16 cameras simultaneously. Designed to use with Linux, other features include advanced Motion Detection technology, MPEG4 video compression and easy to use GUI. The DX5300 products contain one main video card expandable with either one or three extension cards. The DX5500 products contain two main video cards with the DX5516 able to expand to two additional extension cards. All cards allow for video inputs of eight to 16 and audio inputs of four to eight. NTSC display rates and MPEG4 recording rates range between 120 fps and 240 fps, with PAL display and recording rates ranging between 100 fps and 200 fps. AVerMedia Technologies Inc.
