The IK-WR01A from Toshiba is an IP-addressable, vandal-resistant 1/3-inch CCD dome camera with 802.3af Power Over Ethernet (PoE), IP66 rating for dust and water resistance, analog BNC video output for hybrid integration with analog monitors and recorders, M-JPEG live-streaming video up to 30 fps, VGA resolution, and true day-night functionality for round-the-clock monitoring in lighting down to 0.4 lux. Using a 10/100BaseT network connection, the IK-WR01A allows security-sensitive areas such as retail outlets, schools, outdoor public spaces, and apartment buildings to be remotely monitored by a PC or other Internet-ready device via a standard browser.
