GE Interlogix Video Systems Group announces that privacy masks on every CyberDome Day-Nite 25X and 18X PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) camera let administrators customize the camera’s field of view as needed to maintain security while protecting people’s privacy rights. Although all CyberDome cameras provide 360 deg. of surveillance, users can now block portions of the camera’s field of view. Administrators can program up to 24 privacy masks per camera with up to eight masks visible at any time. The CyberDome privacy mask is ideal for crowded urban environments where a camera’s field of view includes private property.
