InterTECH Security, Warrendale, Pa., a security integration company, merged with security industry entities owned and managed by Petnuch Partners, of Pittsburgh. Petnuch Partners is a family-owned holding company that owns and operates Lifelink Security, Johnstown, Pa., and Premier Security Systems, Pittsburgh, Pa. Lifelink and Premier are commercial and residential providers of security systems and security monitoring. The companies will operate under the new holding company, InterTECH Security Group. This latest move positions InterTECH for aggressive growth.

The company has satellite offices in the Washington, D.C. area and Morgantown, W.Va.

Lifelink and Premier provide security system and monitoring services for more than 6,000 customers throughout the United States. Lifelink will continue to operate from Johnstown, Pa. Premier’s Pittsburgh staff will move to InterTECH’s Warrendale headquarters.

Ron Petnuch, president of Petnuch Partners, is the new CEO and president of InterTECH Security Group. Petnuch has more than 20 years experience as a lawyer, business manager, and sales/ marketing executive in the financial servicescurities industry.
