SYSTEM ATTACHES VIDEO TO SECURITY BREACHES
April 1, 2007
Software company On-Net Surveillance Systems and S2 Security Corp., a developer of network-based integrated physical security systems, are developing an integrated IP-based video surveillance and physical security solution that would link video to access control alerts and exceptions. The product will tie the OnSSI IP surveillance NVR and intelligent video delivery platforms with the S2 NetBox integrated physical security management system. The system attaches video to each unauthorized access attempt or perimeter security breach, and eliminates the need to search for, and match, video content to security exceptions. Users can receive and forward live and recorded video from an unlimited number of cameras and can receive video through the S2NetBox web browser interface. Physical security events are defined through the OnSSI NetDVMS client interface and the NetSwitcher control room video wall management platform. On-Net Surveillance Systems and S2 Security Corp.
