DSC has built upon the lineage of its Sur-Gard monitoring station receivers to produce the System II single-line IP receiver. The receiver is intended for proprietary applications such as college/university campuses, gated communities/ condominiums, private corporate security and government facilities, and for dealers monitoring account system status. Programmable via PC-based System II console software or manually using the scroll buttons and LCD display, System II can be configured for desktop stand-alone operation (vertical stacking of up to four systems) or 19-in. rack-mount installation; rack-mount kit sold separately.
