ADI Offers Dealers 3D-Ready Home Theater Displays
ADI announced an agreement with Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America Inc. (MDEA) to offer its line of 1080p 3D DLP Home Cinema TVs, Unisen™ Immersive Sound LED TVs and LaserVue® Laser TVs. These solutions will allow dealers to install home theater systems that support quality 3D and high definition (HD) content.
“As 3D content becomes more prevalent in the market, it is important for ADI to provide its dealers with high quality solutions that offer 3D entertainment formats,” said Doretta Raffio, senior product manager for residential and commercial A/V at ADI. “By providing access to Mitsubishi’s line of premium TV products, we are helping our dealers build high end home theaters that are prepared for the future.”
Mitsubishi 3D DLP Home Cinema TVs offer a vivid viewing experience, and are designed to deliver incredible picture performance at an exceptional value, according to ADI. In addition to 3D viewing technology, these highly energy efficient displays are available in 60, 65, 73, and 82-inch screen sizes.

Unisen Immersive Sound LED TVs offer immersive sound quality with their built-in 12, 16 or 18-speaker Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 channel surround sound system. Each model features ultra-thin edge-lit LED backlight technology, StreamTV™ Internet Media, and True 120Hz or True 240Hz for judder-free viewing of fast- and slow-moving programs.
LaserVue Laser TVs use revolutionary laser light to deliver two times the color of many of today’s HDTVs, and provide the ultimate 3D viewing experience. Due to the concentrated intensity of its laser beams, these TVs deliver unimaginable, cinema-like color at a fraction of the operating power consumption of similarly sized flat panel TVs.
