Tech Systems Inc. achieved a GSA 84 Status from the United States General Services Administration. This GSA 84 Status qualifies state and local government entities to purchase equipment and related services from contracts awarded for security systems integration and design services from Tech Systems. GSA establishes long-term government wide contracts that allow customers to acquire products and services directly from commercial suppliers.   This status also provides state and local government the ability to purchase off of Schedule 84 through cooperative purchasing. There are only two GSA Schedules (Schedule 70-Information Technology and Schedule 84-Security Solutions) that currently provide this opportunity and were established to do so within the past two years.   In 2004, Tech Systems Inc. was SDM's very first Systems Integrator of the Year winner. In 2010, the company was ranked 28 in SDM’s annual Top Systems Integrators Report.   Darryl Keeler, president of Tech Systems stated, “As a qualified GSA contract Holder Tech Systems can now provide an even greater variety of security related equipment and professional services to clientele in the public sector.”
