Tri-Ed / Northern Video, a Woodbury, N.Y.-based independent security distributor, announced it is continuing on a path of expansion with the acquisition of Security Data & Cable HQ (SDC). SDC’s two locations in Houston and Austin, Texas, will operate as Tri-Ed/Northern Video Distribution and the existing sales staff will continue to manage both branches.
