ADS Security Purchases Alabama Accounts

ADS Security (ADS) announced that it acquired the collective accounts of Alarm One and Praetorian Systems Group in Birmingham, Ala. The accounts were previously administered through the Systems Group. ADS did not disclose the details of the purchase.
These customers will now have access to ADS’s customer service, suite of security technologies, CSAA Five Diamond monitoring facilities and a new website (www.adssecurity.com) offering a customer portal with online bill pay, the company said.

“We are pleased to welcome Alarm One and Praetorian customers to ADS Security and look forward to exceeding their every expectation,” said Stephen W. Hicks, ADS vice president Central Alabama.

Steve Rubin of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group worked on behalf of the seller, Clint Choate, to facilitate this transaction.
