DVTel Inc. announced its latest version of Latitude NVMS V6.2. This release gives operators and administrators greater configuration flexibility, ease of access for casual users through Internet Explorer, and a mobile video application feature that turns an Android phone into an IP video surveillance camera. Latitude 6.2 features transcoder improvements for remote viewing (outputs of H.264, MPEG4 or MJPEG). The release integrates DVTel EV series encoders with audio support and offers additional third-party camera support, beyond the current 300-plus models.
