Module Allows Wireless Music Streaming Via Bluetooth

HAI by Leviton announced its Bluetooth Remote Input Module (RIM) for the Hi-Fi 2 distributed audio system. The module allows Bluetooth-enabled devices, such as laptops, tablets and smartphones, to wirelessly broadcast stored and streaming music throughout a home or business. The Bluetooth RIM also includes an input module for wired devices like radio tuners and DVD changers. The device connects to the Hi-Fi 2 via a single Cat5 cable, and using local or remote inputs, delivers music to as many as 16 zones within a location.
