IP CAMERAS PROVIDE DETAILED, COLOR IMAGES IN LOW-LIGHT CONDITIONS

Axis Communications announced its AXIS P13 Series cameras are now equipped with the company’s Lightfinder technology to provide detailed, color video in low- and no-light situations. AXIS P1354 and the outdoor-ready AXIS P1354-E Network Cameras provide 720p resolution using a ¹/3-in. image sensor, while the AXIS P1353 and outdoor-ready AXIS P1353-E cameras provide SVGA resolution. The new P13 models are also now equipped with a serial port for a pan-tilt head and other accessories, and include a microSD/MicroSDHC slot for edge storage support. The cameras are designed to be easy to install, featuring remote zoom and focus for fine-tuning, and include a pixel counter to ensure the camera’s angle of view is optimized at the required resolution for the monitored area.
