IP BOX CAMERAS ADD EDGE STORAGE
Basler integrated edge SD card functionality, already available in its IP dome cameras, into all of its IP box cameras. The microSDHC card slot allows local storage of up to 32 GB of data, making it possible to store live streams or single-camera images in configurable time intervals on an SD card. In the event of network failure, the camera acts as a backup solution. Once network connectivity has been restored, the video management system can retrieve the data and seamlessly merge it with video captured prior to the outage.
