Wi-Fi Repeater Enhances Networks

WREX Honeywell released the Wi-Fi Repeater Extender (WREX), a device that extends Wi-Fi signals, expanding the number of locations in homes and businesses where security dealers can install Wi-Fi IP cameras. WREX fills the signal gap by repeating the existing Wi-Fi signals to help eliminate dead zones. The WREX comes as a plug-and-play device that is ready for deployment. A push-button Wi-Fi protected setup (WPS) and an available wired Ethernet connection help with configuration. WREX conforms to multiple wireless standards: 802.11n, 802.11g or 802.11b.
