The 10-year warranty applies to IC Realtime products that are sold as of March 1, 2014. Products covered under the program include surveillance cameras, DVRs and NVRs.

Also, ClearView CCTV, a new video surveillance products brand fromIC Realtime that is aimed at the mid-level residential and commercial markets, implemented a 7-year parts and labor warranty including lifetime technical support. The warranty applies to all ClearView CCTV surveillance cameras, DVRs and NVRs.

Drawing upon the backbone of IC Realtime’s already established technology, ClearView CCTV consists of IP cameras, recorders and accessories. Products include indoor and outdoor internet pan/tilt/zoom, dome, bullet and covert cameras; varying levels of DVRs, NVRs and touch-screen DVR combos; and complete pre-packaged IP network camera kits and accessories. Its technical customer service department is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. EST, with technicians on-call Saturday and Sunday.
