Vanderbilt Industries, an innovator of access control solutions, announced that three proven veterans of the security industry have recently joined the company—Brian Mathieu, Jennifer Martin, and Christopher Burton.

Jennifer MartinJennifer Martin’s more than 30 years in the security industry has translated into a successful track record in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments. She has spent the majority of her career helping organizations leverage the power of technology to enhance security, increase revenue streams and improve operations. Most recently, Martin served as director of sales for WavestoreUSA, where she was responsible for creating and executing WavestoreUSA’s market development, sales and business plans. Prior to that, she was worldwide manager of channel programs, Pixim Inc. Martin served as vice president of vendor technology and education for PSA Network. During her career, Martin was co-owner of Hanna Martin, a manufacturer’s representative of video, electronic and software-based security products, CEO of LRC Electronics, and co-owner of Intermountain Marketing. Jennifer is in charge of the Western Region, and is based near Denver.

 

Brian Mathieu

Brian Mathieu brings to Vanderbilt Industries 25 years of experience building strategic sales programs for innovators in thesecurity industry and guiding direct and indirect sales channels. He has produced leading business units and high-performing channel partners through application and delivery of successful management strategies, market identification, and strategic planning for such top firms as Cardkey, Henry Brothers Electronic, Securitas, and Simplex Grinnell. Brian is in charge of the East/Northeast Region, and is working out of the Boston area.

Christopher BurtonChristopher Burton has joined the sales team to support and grow its base of Canadian customers. Christopher Burton brings over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of the security industry to Vanderbilt. He is an award-winning sales executive and sales/marketing manager who has sold security solutions as diverse as computer network access, public key infrastructure, monitored alarm systems and electronic access control. Most recently, Christopher served as marketing manager for Ingersoll Rand in Canada with responsibility for electronic access control in its electronic lock division.  He has achieved above quota results with many companies including Gandalf Data Systems, Certicom, TRW, Allstream and Chubb Security Systems (a division of United Technologies). Christopher will handle all of Canada and works from Toronto, Ontario.
