The strategic acquisition gives a standalone, commercial-grade video offering that includes cloud based hosted services and AXIS Communication’s High-Definition (HD) cameras.

The deep alignment between product offerings and commitment to dealer partners made the acquisition a perfect fit. With the addition of Secure-i,’s services platform now offers advanced solutions for a broad range of market opportunities. Dealers and integrators of both companies can deliver everything from residential smart home solutions to large commercial installations requiring dozens of high-end cameras, multi-site management and a flexible range of secure streaming and recording options.
