Time & Parking Controls, Upper Darby, Pa., a 30-year-old, Pa-based provider of parking, security, and time keeping products, has reorganized and rebranded its security systems enterprise as i2 Security Solutions, a regional security systems integrator. The new name also came with a change in ownership and more clearly represents the company going forward as a complete security systems integration provider, stated the company in a press release.  

Its management, headquarters and sales and service teams will remain intact. "The new i2 Security Solutions name and branding was created to better define how our core security systems offering should be identified today," noted Kevin Elsesser, president and owner of i2 Security Solutions. The business is focused primarily on the protection of people and property for commercial clients that include K-12 schools, universities, industrial infrastructure, and municipal government, as well as private businesses of all types and sizes. "We have been fortunate to have steady growth over the past 10 years and have worked hard to align ourselves with the right technology partners while investing significantly in our own infrastructure,” he added.

The i2 Security Solutions team has expanded on its traditional licensed client/server security products and now offers cloud based video surveillance and access control products. It plans to offer alarm monitoring services to clients later this year.
