LVC Industry Recognitions and Additions

Leaders from two branch locations of Twin Cities-based LVC, a design-build low voltage contractor, were recently recognized in the industry.

Brian Gould, branch manager in Tempe, Ariz. has been named as a board member and treasurer for the Arizona Automatic Fire Alarm Association. According to its website, “The goal of AZ AFAA … is to assist industry professionals, government officials, building owners, maintenance personnel and other parties interested in the use of fire detection systems.” Gould has been an active member in this organization since his move to Arizona in January 2014. “I see this as an opportunity to increase my activity with this group and contribute in an area that is important to our community and business.” Gould said.

In Rochester, Minn., Keith Kranz has been busy working on building LVC’s regional office. That effort, and his participation on the PSA Security Technical Committee, are a couple of reasons Kranz has been awarded the Central Region Winner for the PSA Rising Star Leadership Award. “The PSA Rising Star Leadership Award was developed to recognize leaders from the PSA Owner community who have demonstrated exceptional professional growth and leadership skills in their career and whose track record reflects strong leadership potential to ascend to the highest levels within their organization,” PSA stated.

In other news Chris Graham has been added to the LVC team as a salesperson with LVC’s fire sprinkler division to further expand their business. Graham started in the fire sprinkler industry in 2007 and since has built a reputation for providing his clients with excellent solutions for their sprinkler inspections, systems repairs, replacements, alterations and upgrades among many other needs related to fire sprinkler systems of all kinds. “We are lucky to have Chris join our team and are excited to continue growing our sprinkler division,” said Don Day, LVC service manager. “We’ve come a long way in just under a year and the addition of Chris is sure to make 2016 another outstanding year for us.”
