Armstrong’s National Alarm Monitoring – Third Party ULC listed alarm monitoring services, launched a new website aimed at independent security dealers/installers. The website combines features for Armstrong dealers and their employees, including resources for their office staff, sales departments and onsite security alarm technicians. These features include: an online depository of documents for dealers, including sales tools and human resources tools; notifications of special pricing on equipment for authorized dealers; direct access to dealers’ accounts; and company newsletters. The website now contains an electronic fillable contract form that will allow dealers to fill out and submit all new customer information directly online, providing simultaneous verification of the documentation and what was received.
